This publication was born of a challenge made to chef Luis Baena to bring to life creative recipes that demonstrate the gastronomic potential of the wild resources from the south region of Portugal. It includes a set of 5 brochures each exploring different gourmet recipes, both in Portuguese and English, elevating the experience of tasting these products to another level.
